The grant of the license is conditioned upon the following terms and conditions: |

The report and all materials contained in the report (including, but not limited to articles, photographs, images, slides, texts, illustrations, tools also known as the "content") are protected by copyright, owned and controlled by Kovent Infotech. |

| 2. |
The license is non-transferable and grants you the right to use the report solely for your own internal information purposes and benefit and not for resale or other transfer or disposition of any portion of the report to any other person or entity. The report is licensed and not sold. |

| 3. |
Any unauthorised attempt to modify the report to defeat license features or to utilise the report for other than its intended purposes is forbidden. |

| 4. |
The report is in a PDF format which is password protected. The password will be sent to you along with the report. All of what you need to do is to enter the password whenever you open the document. This security feature will help you to restrict the access, if you ever need to store the report in any server, information storage or local area network. |

You cannot disclose copy, publish, disseminate, transmit, resell, repackage, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit or use, any of the content or the report in whole or in part for any commercial or illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions. |

The license comprises the right to access the report for your own non-commercial use only, maintaining all copyright, trademark and other notices on the report. |

If you need to forward the report to your immediate team we expect you to notify them about the license terms and conditions. Immediate team shall not be applicable to a remote team or cross border location (including, but not limited to company branch, partner, joint-venture, collaboration, merger, agency, NGO or freelance) |

Kovent Infotech is not liable for any damages without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or the report or any information provided in the report. |

| 17. |
It is understood that references made about other names, trademarks and service marks in the report are necessary to provide information only and should not be relied upon by you for any purpose. |

Due to the number of sources from which content in this report is obtained, there may be errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the report or interpretations for which Kovent Infotech is not liable. |

| 19. |
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Union Territory of Puducherry. Any dispute arising from the terms of this agreement or breach of this agreement will be governed by the laws of Union Territory of Puducherry and you agree to personal jurisdiction by Puducherry court. |
