Sense
Smell, colour, sounds of environment, touching provides sensation. e.g. The smell of fresh bread at the supermarket. |

Rational
Compare products and service capacity. e.g. Is this dish washer more compact?

Individual
Define what consumers know (and think they know) about themselves. Deeply held mindset about who they are, triggered by personal image and characteristics. e.g. I like brand that values ecology. |

Culture
How consumers are accustomed towards their cultural limitations. e.g. I prefer product packaging written in Hindi. |

Decision pattern
How consumers make choices according to their social and educational background. How must we process information and respond to these options and choices. e.g. Does a company think I am going to believe their promotion? |

Physical aspect
How products and services should look like. The physical items associated with them. e.g. Does iPhone look like a mobile phone? |

Emotions
